ECO Modern Flats a Case Study for Building Healthy Places
SREG CEO Jeremy Hudson will speak about integrating health and wellness into real estate development at the Urban Land Institute Spring Meeting in Vancouver next month. Drawing from the success of the ECO Modern Flats redevelopment project, Jeremy will speak to the importance of indoor air quality, healthy landscapes, and connected communities in promoting health.
Urban Land Institute is a non-profit organization representing land use and real estate development disciplines working in private enterprise and public service. The ULI Spring Meeting attracts more than 3,000 leaders from every sector of real estate. In February, Jeremy presented at ULI’s Building Healthy Places Conference in Los Angeles, the inaugural conference for ULI’s Building Healthy Places Initiative.
