Downtown Rogers is getting its first large-scale, multi-family community! With the help of Modus Studio, Specialized Real Estate Group will repurpose the Ozark Cider & Vinegar Company building as a gathering space and amenity building for residents and neighbors. Designed by Modus Studio of Fayetteville, the community will include one and two-bedroom units, an on-site plunge pool, a co-working space, coffee bar, and storage space for outdoor recreation rentals.
It’s currently scheduled to be complete in the spring of 2024.
