Mary Bellows has been promoted to Sales Manager, a newly created position.
SREG COO Rebecca Burkes said, “Mary was instrumental in the launch of Brick Avenue Lofts, which is now fully leased. Her stellar customer service and analytical skills will serve us well as we launch South Yard in Fayetteville early next year.”
Bellows has served as Sales Specialist since 2019. As Sales Manager, she will continue to serve prospective residents at Brick Avenue Lofts while also providing strategic leadership for marketing and sales of SREG’s expanding portfolio of properties.
Prior to SREG, Bellows worked in retail, inbound, and outbound sales. She holds a degree in Business/Corporate Communications from State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota. This month, she was recognized as 2021 Leasing Professional of the Year by the Northwest Arkansas Apartment Association.
