Jeremy Hudson

Partner + CEO

Jeremy leads the company, playing a key role in design and development of new projects and leading the property management division. Since 2002, he has been involved in all facets of real estate in Northwest Arkansas including brokerage, design, development, and construction. He speaks nationally about the importance of building for health and sustainability. He is a member of the inaugural Urban Land Institute 40 Under 40. Jeremy is a graduate of John Brown University with a degree in Construction Management and Business Administration.


Seth Mims

Partner + President

Seth leads pre-development at Specialized, spearheading the site selection, negotiation, contracting, rezoning, and city approval phases of our developments. He has negotiated several complex multi-parcel assemblages in prime infill locations. Seth is a licensed broker, and has been active in Northwest Arkansas real estate since 1994. The company he founded in 1998 has grown into Specialized Real Estate Group. He serves on the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors.

Maintenance Supervisor - Brick Avenue Lofts

Luis is at the helm of the Brick Avenue Lofts facilities team. He's a generalist, with repair and maintenance skills, and he loves to learn new systems and tackle problems as they pop up. He is a Certified Pool Operator. In his free time, find Luis exploring the trails of the Ozarks.

Logan keeps the landscape at Brick Avenue Lofts happy and healthy - a cornerstone of Specialized's central purpose of providing spaces that inspire people to connect with neighbors and nature. His hands-on approach keeps our community looking its best. In his first year on the job, Logan was honored as Rookie of the Year by the Northwest Arkansas Apartment Association. He is a Certified Pool Operator.

Mary is a transplant from Florida who instantly fell in love with the Ozarks. Her focus is to connect with clients while delivering a zero-friction leasing experience. With over 10 years of blended experience in inbound and outbound sales, Mary knows her stuff. She believes in transparency and open communication and brings it all to the SREG sales & marketing processes.

Devin Britton

Real Estate Coordinator

Devin hails from Ole Miss with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance. He joined the Specialized team to aid our real estate department with property acquisitions, commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, and pre-development tasks. We do not recommend challenging Devin to a tennis match unless you’re ready to face a coach of 5 years and NCAA national champion!

Rebecca Burkes

Chief Operating Officer

Rebecca leads the operations and legal aspects of our business. She has more than 25 years of experience in law, operations, and real estate development. She started her career on the Walmart legal team and owned and managed a real estate development and investment company in NWA. Rebecca also served as faculty at the University of Wisconsin Law School and at Luther College. Prior to joining SREG, Rebecca was Deputy Director and General Counsel at the Department of Arkansas Heritage. She holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MSOM from the University of Arkansas and a JD from Baylor University.

A light-up sign that is brand new but looks like it's been there forever? Oscar's your guy. He is known for his ability to build practically anything, and his handiwork brings character to each of our projects.

Markham Hill Grounds Supervisor

Danny oversees maintenance of the buildings and acreage on Markham Hill. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction and plumbing. He is a certified pool operator, and he's the creator of a line of specialty duck calls.

Payroll and Accounting Specialist

In addition to being our payroll maven, Ronda handles HR and other accounting duties. She holds a marketing management degree from University of Arkansas. When she's not at work, you'll find her reading, running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two teen sons.


Kaitlyn Fondano

Development and Construction Manager

A transplant from Phoenix, Arizona, Kaitlyn's experience includes projects within the technology, corporate office, healthcare, higher education and life sciences industries as well as historic properties, adaptive reuse projects, and ground up commercial and residential developments. Kaitlyn earned both a BS in Construction Management and Masters in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University.


Daniel Garcia

Maintenance Technician

Daniel serves residents in Rogers and Fayetteville, with a focus on Eco Modern Flats. He has a customer-centered approach to property maintenance and repair, and he loves solving problems for our residents. He is a Certified Pool Operator.

Marissa uses her can-do attitude to increase productivity for our team, serving as receptionist, supporting our accounting and facilities teams, and managing our office spaces.


Hope Haynes

Asset Coordinator

Since 2014, Hope has supported construction and development activities at SREG. From project conception to completion and beyond, she is involved in every step of the process, ensuring we execute with our values and vision leading the way. Previously, she worked in theatre production in Chicago before returning home to Fayetteville. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Facilities Manager

David oversees buildings and grounds at all our properties. He has extensive experience in systems and facility management in education and law enforcement, most recently as Director of Transportation and Logistics for the Siloam Springs School District. He loves fishing and spending time outdoors with his grandchildren.


Gretchen Hunt

Staff Accountant

Gretchen provides accounting support to our development projects. Her background in food and beverage management means that, of course, she loves to eat and support the local food scene. She keeps bees and enjoys gardening with her family in South Fayetteville.

Christa leads the accounting department. She holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from John Brown University. She is a CPA. Christa is enthusiastic about fitness and strength training and loves cheering on her son at baseball.

Quin is a Senior at the Sam Walton School of Business. He will be working with all departments and will carry out social media and email marketing campaigns.

Paige is a property manager who loves to help people have the best experience while living in our neighborhood. She has a BA in Business Administration from University of Arkansas and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). Outside of work you can find her in a coffee shop reading her book of the week or walking her dog on the Greenway.

Maintenance Technician

One of our longest-serving employees, Snuffy keeps Eco Modern Flats humming. From maintaining the solar-heated hot water system to touching up paint, he delights residents with his diligent care for the place they call home.

Alex provides assistance to our accountant and handles property management accounting.


Gabriel Soto

General Manager

Gabriel heads operations for Brick Avenue Lofts, and also serves as property manager for our Rogers properties. He has provided excellent service to our residents since 2011.


Brian Waller

Maintenance Technician

Brian has over 15 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair that he brings to our property management team. He works at our communities throughout Northwest Arkansas.
