Jeremy Hudson

Partner + CEO

Jeremy leads the company, playing a key role in design and development of new projects and leading the property management division. Since 2002, he has been involved in all facets of real estate in Northwest Arkansas including brokerage, design, development, and construction. He speaks nationally about the importance of building for health and sustainability. He is a member of the inaugural Urban Land Institute 40 Under 40. Jeremy is a graduate of John Brown University with a degree in Construction Management and Business Administration.


Seth Mims

Partner + President

Seth leads pre-development at Specialized, spearheading the site selection, negotiation, contracting, rezoning, and city approval phases of our developments. He has negotiated several complex multi-parcel assemblages in prime infill locations. Seth is a licensed broker, and has been active in Northwest Arkansas real estate since 1994. The company he founded in 1998 has grown into Specialized Real Estate Group. He serves on the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors.

Logan keeps the landscape at Brick Avenue Lofts happy and healthy - a cornerstone of Specialized's central purpose of providing spaces that inspire people to connect with neighbors and nature. He's a recent high school grad, and his hands-on approach keeps our community looking its best.

Lauren Arnold

Lauren Arnold


Lauren is a University of Arkansas student majoring in Hospitality and Communication disorders. Her family loves to stay at the inn, and now she loves serving guests from the other side of the desk.


Mary Bellows

Sales Specialist

Mary is a Northwest Arkansas transplant from Florida who instantly fell in love with the area. Her focus is to connect with clients while delivering a zero-friction leasing experience. With over 5 years of blended experience in inbound and outbound sales, Mary knows her stuff. She believes in transparency and open communication and brings it all to the Brick Avenue Lofts sales process.


Rebecca Burkes

Vice President & General Counsel

Rebecca leads the operations and legal aspects of our business. She has more than 25 years of experience in law, operations, and real estate development. She started her career on the Walmart legal team and owned and managed a real estate development and investment company in NWA. Rebecca also served as faculty at the University of Wisconsin Law School and at Luther College. Prior to joining SREG, Rebecca was Deputy Director and General Counsel at the Department of Arkansas Heritage. She holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MSOM from the University of Arkansas and a JD from Baylor University.

Need a birdhouse that satisfies integrated pest management standards AND your design aesthetic? A durable multipurpose kitchen island? A light-up sign that is brand new but looks like it's been there forever? Oscar's your guy. He is known for his ability to build practically anything, and his handiwork brings character to each of our projects.


Danny Counts

Head of Maintenance & Groundskeeping | Pratt Place

Danny maintains the buildings and acreage on Markham Hill. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction and plumbing, and he's the creator of a line of specialty duck calls.


Shannon Field

Property Manager

Shannon leads the Eco Modern Flats team and serves as property manager for Whitham Cottages, Willow Park Apartments, Wilson Park Apartments, and Prairie Street Apartments. She is a long-time Fayetteville resident, and loves helping new residents to connect with the community.


Lawrence Finn

Vice President

Lawrence leads all aspects of construction and development and has more than 35 years of experience in the industry with extensive experience in managing mixed-use neighborhood developments and placemaking. Lawrence holds a BA in Design from the University of Virginia and an MS in Construction Development from Cal State University.


Kaitlyn Fondano

Development and Construction Manager

A transplant from Phoenix, Arizona, Kaitlyn's experience includes projects within the technology, corporate office, healthcare, higher education and life sciences industries as well as historic properties, adaptive reuse projects, and ground up commercial and residential developments. Kaitlyn earned both a BS in Construction Management and Masters in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University.


Daniel Garcia

Maintenance Technician

Daniel serves residents in Rogers and Fayetteville, with a focus on Eco Modern Flats. He has a customer-centered approach to property maintenance and repair, and he loves solving problems for our residents.


Marissa George

Administrative Assistant

Marissa uses her can-do attitude to increase productivity for our team, with a varied background in administrative services and customer experience. She works at our home office and will be there to greet you as you walk in, answer all your questions, and get you pointed in the right direction.


Hope Haynes

Executive Coordinator

Hope provides administrative support to the Executive and Development Departments. She previously worked as EA to the Vice President at an internationally known comedy theatre in Chicago and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Maintenance Technician

Kyaw brings an engineer's mindset to tackle facilities challenges. He serves our residents in Fayetteville.

David Hudson

Facilities Manager

David oversees buildings and grounds at all our properties. He has extensive experience in systems and facility management in education and law enforcement, most recently as Director of Transportation and Logistics for the Siloam Springs School District. He loves fishing and spending time outdoors with his grandchildren.


Gretchen Hunt

Staff Accountant

Gretchen provides accounting support to our development projects. Her background in food and beverage management means that, of course, she loves to eat and support the local food scene. She keeps bees and enjoys gardening with her family in South Fayetteville.

Pratt Place Housekeeper

Darla keeps the inn and guestrooms at Pratt Place Inn bright and fresh. She spearheads a partnership to recycle used soaps to distribute to people in need. She is an avid crafter and she loves to garden.


Sarah King

Communications Manager

Sarah manages external communications and marketing as well as the company's community service efforts. She has a MA in Landscape Architecture from University of Wisconsin - Madison.


Oliver Moran

Accounting Manager

As department head, Oliver manages corporate and property accounting and is working toward a sustainability goal of 100% paperless accounting. He has been a member of the team since 2007.


Garret Netherton

General Manager | Pratt Place

Garret leads the team at Pratt Place Inn, setting a standard of warm hospitality befitting Fayetteville's favorite boutique inn and event venue.


Maggie Owens

Marketing and Revenue Manager

Fresh out of college, Maggie Owens moved from Utah to lead our team at The Cardinal at West Center. She went on to gain sales and development experience in the multifamily industry, then returned to Specialized in 2017 to manage construction and leasing of Brick Avenue Lofts. Maggie oversees marketing and guides our sales team. She is a graduate of Utah Valley University.


Snuffy Smith

Maintenance Technician

One of our longest-serving employees, Snuffy keeps Eco Modern Flats humming. From maintaining the solar-heated hot water system to touching up paint, he delights residents with his diligent care for the place they call home.


Alexsandra Soto

Accounting Assistant

Alex provides assistance to our accountant and handles property management accounting.


Gabriel Soto

General Manager

Gabriel heads operations for Brick Avenue Lofts, and also serves as property manager for our Rogers properties. He has provided excellent service to our residents since 2011.


Troy Walker

Maintenance Technician

Born in San Diego, California, but an Arkansan at heart, Troy Walker keeps everything running smoothly at Brick Avenue Lofts. His background is varied, from farming to working with livestock, to building buses, to fixing cars, he has a knack for problem solving and getting the job done.


Brian Waller

Maintenance Supervisor

Brian has over 15 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair that he brings to our property management team. He works at our communities throughout Northwest Arkansas.


Phillip Warren

Maintenance Supervisor

As the leader of the facilities team at Brick Avenue Lofts, Philip solves residents' problems every day, and always with a smile. His career has included experiences as an air traffic controller and a farrier, so you could say this ain't his first rodeo.
