Jeremy Hudson

Partner + CEO

Jeremy leads the company, playing a key role in design and development of new projects and leading the property management division. Since 2002, he has been involved in all facets of real estate in Northwest Arkansas including brokerage, design, development, and construction. He speaks nationally about the importance of building for health and sustainability. He is a member of the inaugural Urban Land Institute 40 Under 40. Jeremy is a graduate of John Brown University with a degree in Construction Management and Business Administration.


Seth Mims

Partner + President

Seth leads pre-development at Specialized, spearheading the site selection, negotiation, contracting, rezoning, and city approval phases of our developments. He has negotiated several complex multi-parcel assemblages in prime infill locations. Seth is a licensed broker, and has been active in Northwest Arkansas real estate since 1994. The company he founded in 1998 has grown into Specialized Real Estate Group. He serves on the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors.


Danny Counts

Head of Maintenance & Groundskeeping | Pratt Place

Danny maintains the buildings and acreage on Markham Hill. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction and plumbing, and he's the creator of a line of specialty duck calls.


Shannon Field

Property Manager

Shannon leads the Eco Modern Flats team and a full slate of resident activities. She is a long-time Fayetteville resident, and loves helping new residents to connect with the community.


Lawrence Finn

Development Manager

Lawrence has more than 35 years of experience in the construction and development industry with extensive experience managing mixed-use neighborhood developments. He leads the Markham Hill development project.


Ava Fitzgibbon

Marketing Specialist

Ava is a creator. She brings Brick Avenue Lofts to life through visual storytelling and creative content marketing. She believes that good design inspires and through her work she is able to thread our community into the fabric of Bentonville . Ava is a graduate of Hendrix College.


Hope Haynes

Executive Assistant

Hope provides administrative support to the Executive and Development Departments. She previously worked as EA to the Vice President at an internationally known comedy theatre in Chicago and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.


Sarah King

Marketing + Outreach

Sarah manages external communications and marketing as well as the company's community service efforts. She has a MA in Landscape Architecture from University of Wisconsin - Madison.


Bree Krenek

Administrative Assistant

Bree provides support to the property management team by interacting with both current and potential tenants. She graduated from Northwestern State University with a degree in psychology.


Oliver Moran


Oliver handles all corporate and property accounting and is working toward a sustainability goal of 100% paperless accounting. He has been a member of the team since 2007.


Maggie Owens

Project Manager

Maggie brings her broad experience in property management, marketing, and development to her role as project manager, orchestrating the Brick Avenue Lofts project in Bentonville, Arkansas. She is a graduate of Utah Valley University.


Caitlin Padilla

General Manager | Pratt Place

Caitlin is the General Manager at Pratt Place Inn and Barn. With an extensive background in photography and a formal education in Hospitality, she is able to cultivate an unmatched customer experience while upholding the quality standards of one of Arkansas' premier venues.


Cassie Price

Sales Specialist

Cassie is a Northwest Arkansas native who brings her love of hospitality to the Brick Avenue Lofts sales process. She focuses on connecting people through community and has the experience to back it up. Cassie brings over 3 years of blended experience in property management and high end hospitality.


Alexsandra Soto

Accounting Assistant

Alex provides assistance to our accountant and handles property management accounting.


Gabriel Soto

Property Manager

Gabriel manages properties under 60 units in Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. He has provided excellent service to our residents since 2011.


Layne Taylor

Experience Specialist

A recent University of Arkansas graduate, Layne believes the key ingredient to a thriving neighborhood is experience. Through curated events, simplified service, and innovative approaches he keeps people connected to the place known as home.


Hunter Thomason

Commercial Leasing

Hunter curates our commercial properties to create and maintain a balanced and vibrant mix of tenants. A graduate of the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, he has managed and leased commercial real estate since 2012.


Zac Trout

Design + Photography

Zac creates user-centered digital and print designs for our brands and serves as staff photographer. He holds a graphic design degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College.


Brian Waller

Maintenance Technician

Brian has over 15 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair that he brings to our property management team. He works at our communities throughout Northwest Arkansas.


Donna Wonsower

Project Coordinator

Donna’s responsibilities include CAD design and construction management. She has a degree in Landscape Architecture with a minor in Urban Planning from the University of Arkansas.
