The Cardinal At West Center

Purpose-built off-campus student housing adjoining the University of Arkansas campus. 471 bedrooms in a modern, green design. Urban infill development designed to contribute to neighborhood walkability.  The Cardinal has a modern, green design and a location that is closer to class than most dorms. Students can hit the books in “The Perch” indoor/outdoor study lounge, work up a sweat at the fitness center, relax with friends at the pool, or unwind on the rooftop terrace with Ozark mountain views. Active design elements include strategically positioned stairwells that provide a preferred alternative to elevators. Winner of the 2016 Innovator Award for Student Housing Architecture.
