Urban Land magazine named Jeremy Hudson to the inaugural 40 Under 40, a list representing the best young land use professionals from around the globe, as selected by members of the Urban Land Institute.
ULI is a member-supported nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to providing leadership in the responsible use of land. Applicants, who had to be under age 40 as of June 1, 2014, were drawn from the real estate and land-use disciplines, including development, finance, design, planning, sustainability, public policy, and academia
The 40 Under 40 were featured on the cover of the November-December issue of Urban Land and were profiled in an article. The 40 were honored at the Fall Meeting of the Urban Land Institute in New York City in November.
