ECO Modern Flats

2018 ECO Modern Flats Impact Report

When it comes to a project’s returns, financial reports tell only part of the story.

Sustainability demands a triple bottom line: positive outcomes for society, the environment, and profit — People, Planet, and Prosperity. Like every business, we regularly report financial performance: the following annual report provides a more holistic view of Eco Modern Flats’ performance in 2018, adding in the measures of People and Planet. Last year, we shared lessons with community groups, brought neighbors together, and used natural resources wisely.

Accolades for our staff
It was this winter during the rare cold snap—my heat went out. It was late in the evening and the team had already gone home. The temperature was frigid outside. After I called the emergency line, Snuffy ran to rescue, he came straight from home. He was so kind and concerned about me. He tried to make the repair but it was going to take parts not available. He scrambled for a portable heat unit to make sure I didn't freeze that night. He was genuinely concerned about me. Brought warmth and comfort. First thing the next morning, he's checking in and assuring that the unit would be fixed that day. Sure enough, it was. I can always count on Snuffy to make my day brighter and take care of things when the day isn't so bright. — Tyler C.
Tim always takes time from what he is doing to visit with my girls. He very joyfully and patiently answers all the questions that the kids throw his way no matter what. I am amazed at the way he makes our place look and feel immaculate. Every visitor that I have ever brought to Eco is amazed at what Tim does. Thank you Tim for making Eco a place that people love to live! — Michael C.
